About us
Our client is developing a private, high-end residential community in Zanzibar for people who want to live freely, securely, and independently. The project also includes a private members club that offers relocation support, resilience benefits, and access to a global network of like-minded individuals. It is more than a place to live, it is a philosophy and a way of life.
Our culture
We are built on the principles of natural health, privacy, personal sovereignty, and community. We value independent thinking, alternative approaches to well-being, and living outside mainstream systems. The role
We are hiring a part-time Community Manager, approximately 20 hours per week, as the first point of contact for prospective members. You will guide initial conversations, explain the vision, assess cultural fit, and schedule meetings with the sales team. This is people-focused and selective: you will welcome prospects and also ensure only the right ones move forward.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries on Telegram and WhatsApp
- Run introductory calls, present the philosophy, and answer first questions
- Clearly explain the members club benefits and the lifestyle opportunities within the project
- Assess cultural alignment across natural health, sovereignty mindset, and data protection awareness
- Book qualified prospects into sales calls with the sales team
- Keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-up
- Build trust, confidence, and positive relationships in every interaction
Requirements
- Fluent Italian, ideally native level
- Strong English skills, spoken and written
- Personal alignment with our values: natural health, privacy, sovereignty, alternative lifestyles
- Experience in community management, customer-facing roles, or sales coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Part-time availability, about 20 hours per week, with time zone flexibility
What we offer
- A meaningful role at the heart of a pioneering project
- Remote work, with the option to visit the project site in Zanzibar
- Flexible hours, about 20 per week
- Competitive pay: €15–20 per hour, based on experience
