Role Description
To drive the continued growth and profitability of Recticel Insulation products within defined customer segments, including roofing and cladding contractors, distributors and merchants, system manufacturers, and the specification market. This position serves as an entry point into a commercial career path and provides a strong foundation for progression into an Area Sales Manager role.

- Demonstrates a strong understanding of Recticel’s strategy and effectively connects it to day-to-day sales activity, including customer targeting and channel priorities.
- Clearly understands Recticel’s business model, product portfolio, and market positioning to customers, showing solid awareness of the wider industry environment in which the company operates.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance customer service and convert these into commercial outcomes, such as new product applications or unmet needs.
- Develops structured plans to drive deeper penetration within key accounts, job sites, and targeted customer groups.
- Anticipates potential obstacles and prepares alternative approaches and solutions to ensure continued progress and delivery of objectives.

Qualifications & Additional Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential for regular customer visits and travel).
- Willingness to travel within the allocated territory and occasionally wider afield.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach to field-based work.
Key Performance Indicators
- Contractor calls to be 25% of total calls made and recorded in CRM
- Each key merchant account to have set strategy and detailed targets, reviewed quarterly with RD's
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and Recticel practices
