About the Role

RecSkills is supporting our client in hiring a Brand Marketing Assistant to join their growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy.
• Help manage day-to-day brand communications and respond to audience engagement.

Requirements

• Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing/branding is a plus but not essential.
