About This Role A Series A startup is seeking a Head of Growth to drive organic growth and turn the platform into the go-to travel discovery brand. You’ll work directly with the founders, owning the mandate to build virality, scale a creator network, and transform UGC into a growth engine. This is not a “big tech” role — the ideal candidate has “been there, done that” startup experience, thrives in scrappy environments, and knows how to build from zero to one. Core Mandate

  • Turn UGC videos into a growth engine: Convert raw clips from hundreds of parties every weekend into growth across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Build a UGC flywheel: Distribute itineraries, stories, and pro tips across Reddit, App Store reviews, G2 testimonials, and more. Own analytics for adoption and virality.
  • Scale a creator network: Recruit and manage creators to amplify content everywhere, offering unique experiences like party buses and private chefs.
  • Hands-on execution: Capable of editing and producing content directly, while building systems to delegate and automate over time.
  • Team-building timeline: Start scrappy, then scale into a team lead role within 6–12 months.

Candidate Profile

  • 4–6+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling organic growth.
  • Startup/early-stage exposure required (not just big tech).
  • Experience with creator networks, UGC flywheels, and content virality.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer brands, marketplaces, or SaaS products.
  • Organic growth marketing expertise.
  • Hands-on mentality: willing to execute while building strategy.
  • Ability to know when to outsource vs. do internally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Travel tech industry exposure
  • Founder experience (failed or successful)
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces (e.g., Fiverr)
  • B2B and B2C exposure
  • Strong personal brand

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $175,000 – $250,000 (flexible up to ~$350,000 for top-tier candidates)
