🗂 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Account Executive

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Present products and services to potential customers and respond to inquiries professionally.

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and successful project delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Support account management activities and identify opportunities for business growth.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and maintain client trust.

Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and business development principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development is an advantage but not required.
