We’re now looking for a Marketing Strategist & Copy Editor to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative strategies, turning research into high-performing campaigns, and using AI as a creative partner to produce copy that converts.

What You’ll Do

• Build Strategies That Drive Growth: Translate client goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies — from positioning and value propositions to campaign angles and channel plans.
• Research & Distill Insights: Dig into client data, past performance, competitor campaigns, and customer psychology. Turn that into a core research dossier that guides creative direction.
• Create Compelling Messaging: Develop hooks, angles, and narratives that resonate with each segment and funnel stage. Pair emotional triggers with proof points to maximize impact.
• Write (with AI) & Edit (with Precision): Use AI tools to draft email/SMS/ads copy, then refine it for originality, coherence, and brand voice. Ensure all copy meets readability, compliance, and performance standards.
• Test, Learn, and Improve: Design and manage A/B tests for subject lines, offers, and formats. Track results, capture learnings, and roll out winning variations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with account managers, designers, and performance marketers to deliver strategies and campaigns that align with brand voice and hit KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing strategy & copywriting, ideally in e-commerce or retention marketing.
• Strong ability to turn research into creative insights and customer-first messaging.
• Comfort working with AI copy tools — and the editorial judgment to know when to refine, rewrite, or push further.
• A mix of creativity and analytical thinking: you love finding the right words and testing what actually works.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
