You’ll own
• Content strategy + calendar
• Writing + publishing posts (company + leadership)
• Light design/editing (Canva/Figma/Adobe)
• Brand consistency (voice, visuals, cadence)
• Approval workflow + quality control
You are
• A strong writer with excellent taste and judgment
• Fast, reliable, and process-driven (you ship consistently)
• Comfortable ghostwriting and working with founders
• Data-aware (you track what works and iterate)
