About the Role
We are looking for an internet-obsessed social media specialist to join the Qwoted marketing team in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This role will report into the Director of Social and aid in content ideation and development, trend analysis and application, reporting and analytics, community engagement, and social execution across all channels. We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated creative ability on social and knows how to apply it to a B2B company. Portfolios of work are required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the Qwoted social media channels on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, and any new channels added to the roster.
- Execute the overarching social strategy alongside the Director of Social and any initiatives that support wider marketing initiatives.
- Oversees community engagement (both on owned channels and external outreach) in brand voice.
- Able to ideate creative content and work with our in-house designer on creative.
- Influencer sourcing, outreach, and management (when applicable).
- Provide performance moderation and monthly reporting, gathering, and insights.
- Actively stay up-to-date with social media trends and consistently bring creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media management in a similar role
- Experience managing a business or brand accounts on the main social media platforms
- 2+ years of experience with social media management and listening platforms such as Sprout Social
- Creative storytelling with the ability to develop channel-specific, thumb-stopping content
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Team player mentality
Nice to Haves
- Experience in tech, media or B2B marketing
- Video editing skills
- Influencer or ambassador experience
Contract role - 15 hours/week
