About the Role

Quanta Tech Systems is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to build, optimize, and maintain our search engine visibility across multiple brands. This role requires strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge, disciplined execution, and the ability to produce clean, data-backed recommendations.

You will work directly with leadership to improve rankings, structure content, and manage core SEO systems. The role requires independence, accuracy, and the ability to implement improvements with speed.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO

• Conduct technical audits and identify issues affecting crawlability and indexation

• Optimize site structure, internal linking, and metadata

• Coordinate with developers when technical changes are required

• Monitor site health using Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools

On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

• Research keywords and create structured keyword maps

• Optimize landing pages, blogs, and content assets

• Review content for search intent alignment and clarity

• Maintain consistency of on-page formatting, URLs, and schema (when applicable)

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings and user acquisition trends

• Build monthly performance reports with key insights

• Identify high-impact opportunities for traffic and conversion growth

• Monitor competitive landscape across key regions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with content, design, and leadership teams to implement SEO best practices

• Provide guidance on content strategy, structure, and prioritization

• Ensure all published content aligns with SEO fundamentals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO (technical + on-page)

• Strong understanding of keyword research and content optimization

• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar

• Comfortable navigating Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
