About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and grow our influencer and creator partnerships across gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate relationships, and long-term brand building.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, proactive, and genuinely understands internet culture, beauty creators, and what makes a strong creator-brand fit.
You will be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing outreach and relationships, coordinating campaigns end-to-end, tracking performance, and helping turn influencer activity into a scalable growth channel for the brand.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Source, vet, and shortlist creators and influencers aligned with the Question Beauty brand
- Manage creator outreach across paid, gifting, affiliate, and ambassador campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and agencies
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and partnership structures
- Coordinate campaign execution from briefing through to content delivery and posting
- Ensure all creator content meets deadlines, brand expectations, and agreed deliverables
- Track influencer performance across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, EMV, and CPA/ROAS where relevant
- Maintain clean reporting, campaign trackers, contact databases, and influencer records
- Identify white space opportunities, rising creators, and partnership trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Help build a repeatable influencer seeding, gifting, and paid creator system
- Support product launch campaigns with the right creator mix and outreach timelines
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and paid teams to ensure creator activity aligns with broader brand goals
- Manage product sends, briefing notes, follow-ups, and post-campaign reporting
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify opportunities and benchmark performance
This Role Is a Good Fit If You Have…
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, social media marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, beauty creators, and digital culture
- Experience managing influencer outreach and partnerships from start to finish
- Confident negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple campaigns, relationships, and deadlines at once
- Commercially aware and able to think beyond vanity metrics
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to represent the brand well externally
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed
- Genuine interest in beauty, creative brands, and social-first marketing
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
