About the role

We’re on the hunt for a casual performance marketing specialist to support client campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta. This is a flexible role, perfect for someone who knows their stuff and wants to plug into a creative team doing meaningful work.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads and Meta
  • Run keyword research, audience targeting and A/B testing
  • Monitor performance and make data-led optimisations
  • Report on key metrics with clarity and insight
  • Work with our strategy and creative teams to align messaging and media

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google, LinkedIn and Meta advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, conversion tracking and attribution
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actions
  • Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
  • Bonus if you also know TikTok Ads or programmatic media
