Role Description

We are hiring a part time performance marketer to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta. We are looking for someone who can take ownership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and managing campaigns across Google Search and Display, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Structuring accounts properly from day one
  • Keyword research and audience development
  • Conversion tracking and attribution setup
  • Ongoing optimisation based on performance data
  • Clear reporting with commercial insight, not just metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to scale or cut spend

If you cannot explain why a campaign is working or not working, this is not for you.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years hands on experience managing paid media
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA and attribution
  • Confident with tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Ability to interpret data and make decisions
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong attention to detail
