About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage internal and external communications strategies. This role focuses on shaping the organisation’s messaging, maintaining brand reputation, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
• Oversee external communications, including media relations, press releases, and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with leadership to create consistent and impactful messaging.
• Monitor and analyse communications effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure messaging reflects organisational values.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing communications projects and campaigns.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in media relations or content creation.
• Familiarity with digital communications platforms and social media management.
