About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing, AI-forward SaaS company expanding across APAC. You'll manage a portfolio of 80-100 mid-market to enterprise customers and act as a trusted strategic partner focused on driving fundraising campaign success, fundraising outcomes, and long-term value creation.
This is a fully remote role (Australia East Coast based), supporting a company undergoing a significant multi-phase transformation with a strong focus on becoming an AI-native organisation. Starting with the fundraising platform your role will evolve in the future to also include working across retention and CRM tools that the Company has invested in.
This is a unique Business model where non-profits don't pay large yearly subscription fees but instead pay a small transaction fee, making the model highly compelling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of 80-100 high-value customers across ANZ, driving retention, growth, and long-term success while building trusted, durable relationships.
- Acting as a strategic, consultative partner to maximise campaign performance, fundraising outcomes, and overall platform value for each customer.
- Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, including Marketing leaders, CROs, and CFOs, to align on priorities and influence strategic outcomes.
- Owning renewals, expansion opportunities, and overall commercial outcomes across your portfolio with a growth-focused mindset.
- Running structured account reviews, delivering clear insights, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, AI Ops, and Engineering teams to feed customer insights into roadmap decisions and improve outcomes.
- Operating in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment with a strong pipeline and clear opportunities for expansion.
- Adapting to increasing account complexity and scale as the business continues to grow across APAC.
About You
- You are a commercially sharp Customer Success professional who thrives in complex, consultative environments.
- Strong experience in Saas with non-profit exposure being bonus
- Proven ability to build deep, long-term customer relationships with strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- A consultative, research-driven approach to solving customer challenges and driving strategic value.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (CROs, CFOs, Marketing leaders).
- Ability to operate autonomously and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and leveraging AI tools to improve customer outcomes and efficiency.
