Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Country Marketing Manager at PUELLA. The Country Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, and monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with global teams, overseeing the local marketing budget, and reporting on marketing results to senior management.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data
• Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing marketing campaigns
• Proven track record in overseeing local marketing budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
