Are you a native ads expert who knows how to scale funnels at serious spend - not just test campaigns?

We’re looking for a Native Ads Media Buyer to own and scale Taboola & Outbrain as key acquisition channels for a premium anti-aging skincare brand that’s transforming the industry.

This isn’t about playing with small budgets or vanity metrics. It’s about owning funnel strategy, driving ROI, and scaling to hundreds of thousands in spend. If you’ve cracked funnels for big DR brands before and want full ownership of native at a fast-growing brand, this is the role for you.

Operating with a lean, highly focused team, every person plays a critical role in building, testing, and scaling. The culture is fast-paced, performance-driven, and deeply collaborative, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and measurable impact.

Now, they’re looking for a proven Native Ads Media Buyer to crack funnels at scale and build out native as a major growth channel.

YOUR MISSION

To take full ownership of native advertising strategy and execution. You’ll manage media buying, funnel design, and optimization - while working closely with CRO, creative, and copy teams to turn funnels into scalable acquisition machines.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Running Taboola & Outbrain campaigns at scale and allocating budgets to hit aggressive growth targets
  • Designing, testing, and optimizing funnel structures (advertorials, quizzes, pre-sell pages, VSLs, upsells/downsells)
  • Identifying funnel bottlenecks and collaborating with CRO & copy teams to fix them fast
  • Directing copywriters and designers on what’s needed to move funnels forward
  • Using trackers like Voluum, Redtrack, or Binom to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • Scaling aggressively while protecting profitability through disciplined testing and iteration

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native ads track record: proven experience scaling $500k+/month on Taboola & Outbrain
  • Direct response mindset: deep knowledge of funnel structures and DR psychology
  • Tracking expertise: comfortable with Voluum, Redtrack, Binom (or similar)
  • Strategic but hands-on: able to lead funnel direction while owning day-to-day buying
  • Analytical operator: data-driven decision-maker who thrives on ROI and scaling
  • Experienced: 2+ years in media buying (track record matters more than years)
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
