What We're Looking For
- Deep hands-on paid social experience, particularly Meta and TikTok. (Must-have)
- Strong performance marketing mindset with experience owning measurable growth KPIs
- Excellent understanding of creative analysis and creative testing
- Ability to move between highly tactical ad-level optimization and broader media strategy
- Strong analytical instincts around CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, and budget allocation (Must-have)
- Comfortable communicating performance insights and recommendations to clients
