I'm working with an exciting US-based startup operating at the intersection of neuroscience, wellness, and technology, helping people unlock their potential through innovative brain retraining and neuroplasticity programmes.

They're looking for a Growth Marketer to take ownership of digital growth strategy across multiple channels and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing subscription business.

What you'll be doing:

📈 Owning marketing

📧 Leading email marketing and nurture campaigns

🎥 Driving YouTube growth strategy and content direction

🎙️ Managing podcast and PR outreach initiatives

🔍 Overseeing SEO, CRO

🎯 Coordinating paid media and social media activity with Freelancer

🤖 Exploring AI tools and automation to improve marketing performance

What they're looking for:

✅ 3+ years' experience in Growth or Digital Marketing

✅ Strong understanding of email, SEO, CRO, analytics and social

✅ Experience working across multiple channels in a hands-on environment

✅ Comfortable managing freelancers, agencies or specialist partners

✅ Startup mentality with a proactive, self-sufficient approach

✅ Interest in AI, emerging technologies and performance marketing

The details:

🌍 Fully remote across Europe

⏰ 30-hour working week with flexible hours

📈 12 Month Contract

✨ Up to $200 USD per day
