Prologue is partnering with an early stage B2B SaaS company in the Higher Education space to help hire their first Demand Generation Manager. This is a high impact role for someone who has lived inside Higher Ed SaaS and knows how to build pipeline from the ground up.
This role is ideal for a builder. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants ownership over demand from strategy to execution.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Demand Generation experience in B2B Higher Ed SaaS
• Direct experience marketing to Higher Education institutions
• Proven success owning pipeline creation and revenue influence
• Hands on experience with paid media, lifecycle, email, and content syndication
• Comfortable operating in an early stage startup environment with limited structure
Responsibilities
• Own and execute the end to end demand generation strategy
• Build pipeline across inbound and outbound marketing channels
• Partner closely with Sales on ICP, messaging, and funnel conversion
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition, email, and campaign performance
• Track, report, and improve core metrics including CAC, CPL, and pipeline velocity
