Remote Sales Executive (Appointment Setter) — Commission Only
PrimeVia Marketing | Remote | Multiple hires
We’re hiring remote appointment setters to help us scale our outbound pipeline.
This is a commission-only role for people who are confident with cold calling, can work independently, and are happy to source their own leads (training + systems provided).
What you’ll do
- Generate and build your own lead lists (we’ll provide training + ICP guidance)
- Cold call decision-makers and handle basic objections
- Qualify prospects (fit, urgency, budget, decision-maker access)
- Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar
- Log activity + notes in our CRM (pipeline hygiene is non-negotiable)
What we sell
PrimeVia Marketing helps businesses (ecom + digital offers) grow through:
- Meta ads (paid social)
- Creative strategy / content systems
- Landing pages / funnel optimisation (CRO)
Typical client retainers: £2,000–£10,000/month
Commission (setter-only)
- 15% of Month 1 retainer value on any deal that closes from your booked appointment
- Up to 20% for high performers (based on show-rate + qualification targets)
- Commission is paid after client payment is received
- (Setter-only = Month 1 only.)
Example payouts (per closed deal):
£2k retainer → £300–£400 | £5k → £750–£1,000 | £10k → £1,500–£2,000
What “qualified” means (important)
To count, appointments must be with:
- A decision-maker (or DM confirmed to attend)
- Clear need + timeline (next 30–60 days)
- Financial fit for £2k–£10k/month retainers
- Clean notes captured in CRM
You’re a fit if you…
- Have experience (or genuine appetite) for cold calling and outbound
- Can self-source leads consistently (LinkedIn, directories, scraping tools, etc.)
- Are resilient, coachable, and comfortable being measured on activity + outcomes
- Have a stable remote setup (quiet environment + reliable internet)
Training + support
- Lead sourcing playbook + ICP definitions
- Cold call script + objection handling
- QA/feedback on calls
- Simple tracking + pipeline process
Progression
Strong performers can move into full-cycle closing in the future.
