Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

🔥 We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join a young, fast-paced Pay-Per-Call Affiliate Network that operates exclusively in the US market.🔹 About the Company

Our client is a modern Pay-Per-Call and CPA affiliate network operating in B2C service verticals across the U.S. We work quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize performance, transparency, and high-quality traffic.

📌 Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across clean verticals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, agencies, and traffic partners
• Monitor daily KPIs: conversions, call quality, approval rates, ROI, and traffic performance
• Optimize campaigns, test new traffic sources, and improve partner performance
• Negotiate payouts, terms, caps, and performance conditions
• Resolve partner inquiries, maintain transparent communication, and prevent traffic issues
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure proper tracking, integrations, and compliance with traffic quality standards

🚀 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partner management
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, or Pay-Per-Call models
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and strong understanding of performance KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Affise, Everflow, Impact, Tune, or similar)
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
