We’re looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Specialist to own our organic social presence and provide support for our influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs.

This is a social-first role—you’ll spend most of your time creating content, engaging with our community, and growing our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll also support partnership logistics and coordination with guidance from our Director of Marketing.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves building community, and wants to grow with a purpose-driven brand.What You’ll Own Social Media Management (70%)

  • Own day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that drives awareness and community growth
  • Write compelling captions, respond to comments and DMs, and actively engage with followers
  • Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates—and jump on opportunities quickly
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video content
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report on what’s working
  • Stay on top of competitor activity and bring fresh ideas to the table

Partnership Support (30%)

  • Coordinate influencer, ambassador, and affiliate program logistics with leadership guidance
  • Help with partner outreach, onboarding paperwork, and communication
  • Manage product seeding and gifting shipments
  • Track partnership performance and maintain organized records
  • Support campaign coordination and content approvals
  • Assist with partnership reporting and performance updates

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
  • Are a social media native—you know what works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Can write engaging, on-brand captions and community responses quickly
  • Have worked with influencer or affiliate programs (even in a support role)
  • Have experience creating or collaborating on short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Are highly organized and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping balls
  • Love engaging with people—responding to comments, building relationships, being the brand voice
  • Are proactive and self-directed—you see what needs to be done and do it
  • Are comfortable working independently and remotely with a small team
  • Care about mission-driven work and want to be part of something meaningful

Tools & Resources You’ll Use

  • Social scheduling & analytics: Hootsuite, Later, or similar (we’ll provide access)
  • Content creation: Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (with creative team support)
  • Partnership tracking: Spreadsheets, email, and partnership platforms
  • Performance tracking: Platform insights, Google Analytics

You’ll have support from our creative team for polished assets, but you should be comfortable creating quick, authentic content on your own when needed.
