Fully Remote - Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile, results-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Specialist to lead our growth strategy and manage our digital presence. This role is perfect for a "full-stack" marketer who is comfortable managing monthly ad budgets while simultaneously refining the technical details of our SEO, email outreach, CRO and sales funnels optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Media Buying: Oversee and optimize monthly ad spend across key platforms. You’ll manage the budget to ensure healthy growth and efficient acquisition.
• Creative Ad Production: Lead the end-to-end ad cycle with the help of the creative team. You will create briefs, launch new creatives, and continuously test variations to find what resonates best with our audience.
• Funnel & CRO Optimization: "Tighten up" our conversion paths. You will analyze the full end-to-end user experience to remove friction and improve sales funnels performance.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute lifecycle email strategies, including automated flows and targeted broadcast campaigns to drive repeat business.
• SEO Growth: Manage on-page and technical SEO to ensure our organic presence is as strong as our paid efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Budget Experience: Proven experience managing significant monthly ad spends.
• Execution & Strategy: You are comfortable both setting the high-level strategy and getting into the tools to execute the work.
• Platform Mastery: Experience with major ad managers, email service providers, and analytics tools.
