After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Growth Hacker to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring. In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup. We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join us at Praktika, the role will include:Growth Experimentation

• Identify and validate new distribution channels and growth loops outside traditional paid/organic.
• Own the moonshot pipeline: from crazy idea to validated growth engine.End-to-End Execution
• Launch and iterate on experimental growth channels (Discord/Telegram seeding, affiliate programs, co-promo deals, - community infiltration, viral loops).
• Build and manage networks of affiliates, partners, communities, and non-traditional distribution channels.
• Move fast: test 10+ growth hacks per month, kill losers in days, scale winners into growth engines.

Partnership & BD

• Source and close co-promotion partnerships with complementary apps and platforms.
• Build and scale affiliate/referral programs from scratch.
• Negotiate win-win deals that drive meaningful user acquisition.

Growth Engine Building

• Turn successful experiments into repeatable, scalable growth engines.
• Build systems and playbooks that allow growth hacks to run on autopilot

AI-Driven Growth

• Use AI for channel discovery, message personalization, outreach automation, and content seeding.
• Build AI workflows to scale partnership outreach and community engagement.
• Leverage AI to identify emerging platforms and communities before they’re saturated.
• Cursor / Lovable and other vibe coding tools proficiency is a huge advantage

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze growth experiments at granular level (channel, message, incentive structure).
• Own CAC, LTV, viral coefficient, and growth loop efficiency metrics.
• Relentlessly optimize: every experiment must have clear success metrics and kill criteria.

Testing & Learning

• Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Document every test, win or lose, and build knowledge.
• Share learnings cross-functionally to inform product, marketing, and strategy.

Cross-Functional Work

• Partner with product, growth, marketing, and data teams.
• Feed insights from growth experiments back into product roadmap.cepts.

What We Are Looking For From You

• 5–8 years in growth hacking, growth marketing, or unconventional user acquisition for mobile apps/consumer tech in the US
• Proven track record of discovering and scaling non-traditional growth channels in the US as a key region
• Strong data literacy with ability to model and predict growth loop economics
• Hands-on Vibe Coding tools (Lovable, Cursor etc.) usage, experience automating growth experiments using AI
• Hustle mentality: comfortable cold outreach, community building, and scrappy tactics
• High ownership, low ego, comfortable with failure
• Ready for hard work and relentless experimentation
