Growth Marketer
Job Description
Posted on: June 30, 2025
Poliigon — bootstrapped, profitable, team of 20.
As the first Growth Marketer at Poliigon, your mission is simple: own the growth curve.
You’ll build, test and scale systems that get our product into the hands of more 3D artists—profitably. We’ve built product artists love. Your job is to find leads, convert interest and retain subscribers.
If you think in funnels, loops, levers and can ship fast—you’ll thrive here.
If you’re a founder without Growth Marketer on your resume - that’s fine! This is likely a job you already know and would love to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own acquisition, activation, and retention. If we’re not growing, you'll be asked why.
- Design and run experiments across paid ads, SEO, landing pages, email flows, and onboarding.
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
- Analyze performance to spot weaknesses and optimize the funnel.
- Prioritize what matters. No waste. You’ll double down on what moves the needle.
Your Background
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience in a product-led company.
- Have founded or helped scale a startup—you've worn many hats and shipped fast.
- Think in experiments and feedback loops. You measure everything.
- Know your way around tools like Google Ads, Meta ads, Mixpanel, and email automation.
- Bonus: experience in 3D tools or AI-driven content is a big plus.
How to Apply
- Include a short explanation of your most successful growth experiment—what you did, how you measured it, and the result.
- (Optional) Visit Poliigon and suggest 3 quick ideas that could grow Poliigon in the next 6 months.
