You'll educate clients on market conditions, borrowing strategies, and investment fundamentals. Then guide them through purchasing the right property from start to settlement.

The firm handles marketing and lead gen. You handle the relationships and the deals.

The basics:

• $300K+ OTE minimum (top performers: $550K-$750K annually)
• Fully Remote
• Backed by proven systems, CRM, lending partnerships
• Client base of motivated investors, not time-wasters

The reality: This is high-responsibility work. You're guiding people through six-figure decisions. You need to know property markets, understand lending strategies, and explain complex concepts clearly. And you need to care about getting it right—because clients who trust you refer others and come back to grow their portfolios.

This suits people who: Want to make serious money in property without the grind of generating your own leads. Who've worked in property (buyer's agency, broking, real estate, investment) and understand the landscape. Who can educate without condescending and build relationships that last beyond one transaction.
