We’re partnering with a fast-growing, financial platform to hire a hands-on Director of Marketing to own demand generation, events, partnerships, and brand strategy. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to build and scale marketing from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who moves ideas into action. You’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution, driving growth through campaigns, partnerships, events, and high-touch experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead demand generation and brand strategy across digital, events, and partner channels
- Build and execute campaigns, MQL flows, reporting, and CRM-based marketing programs
- Drive inbound growth through conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, and strategic events
- Manage website, SEO, and targeted digital distribution
- Coordinate internal and external events including executive meetings and partner programs
- Maintain consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all touchpoints
Who You Are
- A marketing “jack of all trades” with strong C-suite acumen and a doer mentality
- Comfortable owning execution not just ideation
- Experienced in demand generation, branding, and partnerships within tech or fintech environments
- Hungry, proactive, and decisive you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- Able to scale impact through vendors or subcontractors where needed
