Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Affiliate Manager specializing in the dating, gaming, and crypto verticals. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating and managing partnerships, and driving exceptional campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign metrics to optimize results, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring affiliate satisfaction through clear communication and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, and managing CPA campaigns
• Understanding of the dating, gaming, or crypto industries, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing affiliate relationships and collaborations
• Knowledge of tracking platforms, campaign performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Tech-savviness with the ability to learn and utilize new marketing tools effectively
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of actively been an affiliate manager
• on time payments on revshare and competitive salary.
