Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing ecommerce fashion brand with a strong digital presence and highly engaged community across North America and internationally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized Marketing Manager, Project Manager to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to our marketing execution, product launches, paid advertising, influencer initiatives, and brand activations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast moving environments and enjoys turning creative ideas into structured, measurable execution.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager, Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, building structured workflows, and ensuring all marketing initiatives, paid advertising campaigns, product launches, and events remain on pace and aligned with revenue goals.
This role sits at the center of cross functional collaboration between product, operations, finance, and marketing. You will translate ideas shared in chat or email into actionable plans, enforce deadlines, maintain visibility across all initiatives, and ensure campaigns and activations are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Timeline Management
- Own and manage Monday boards and project management systems
- Build out structured tasks from chat concepts and enforce due dates
- Send consistent follow ups to ensure priorities are moving forward
- Maintain and update production timeline sheets
- Coordinate cross functional timelines across product, operations, marketing, and influencer teams
- Keep a running priority board so the team clearly understands what matters most
- Prepare weekly status updates for leadership and proactively flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks
Launch and Collection Management
- Create and manage documentation for each product collection
- Build and refine detailed task lists when new concepts are introduced via text or email
- Ensure launch milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and executed on schedule
- Build and refine standard operating procedures for repeatable processes including launches, paid campaigns, influencer activations, and events
Events and Activations
- Plan and manage timelines for pop up shops, brand activations, influencer trips, and in person events
- Coordinate vendors, venues, photographers, models, Airbnbs, and production partners
- Build detailed run of show documents and event production timelines
- Track cross functional deliverables to ensure full event readiness
- Support budget tracking and event expense oversight in collaboration with finance
- Lead post event recap reporting including performance results, operational feedback, and areas for improvement
Influencer and Vendor Oversight
- Maintain influencer hub including tracking influencer deliveries and postings
- Track influencer content deadlines and posting schedules
- Maintain and organize vendor hub including photographers, models, Airbnbs, and other partners for future selection
- Maintain a centralized photographer and model hub for streamlined planning
Systems and Documentation
- Keep shared drives, sheets, and internal systems organized and up to date
- Ensure documentation is structured, accessible, and easy to reference
- Continuously improve internal workflows to increase efficiency and accountability
Paid Advertising Oversight
- Plan, manage, and oversee paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign timelines to align with launches and inventory flow
- Monitor performance metrics including return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with finance to track budget pacing and advertising spend
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing results
- Ensure paid campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or ecommerce marketing
- Direct experience working within an ecommerce fashion brand
- Hands on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Experience managing launches, influencer initiatives, and brand events
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working cross functionally across product, operations, and finance teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced remote environment
Technical Skills
- Advanced experience with Monday or similar project management software
- Experience managing paid ads across major digital platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Experience maintaining structured tracking sheets and documentation systems
- Familiarity with ecommerce marketing analytics and performance tracking
