Pink Palm Puff is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand. We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Experience Manager to lead our online presence, elevate our customer experience, and drive digital growth across our website and app.
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a cohesive e-commerce growth strategy across website and mobile app.
- Set KPIs and performance goals that align with brand milestones and sales targets.
- Partner with leadership to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects Pink Palm Puff’s voice and mission.
Website & App Management
- Oversee design, functionality, and user experience for the Pink Palm Puff website and app.
- Ensure smooth, fast, and bug-free performance across all devices.
- Manage product listings, seasonal drops, and digital merchandising for new collections.
- Refresh imagery and visual content monthly to maintain a beautiful, on-brand aesthetic.
- Identify and address fraudulent or copyright-infringing content in coordination with legal and tech teams.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Lead digital campaigns including SEO, paid media, email, and app-based push notifications.
- Track performance through analytics tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.) to optimize conversion and retention.
- Implement insights to improve customer lifetime value, reduce bounce rates, and boost engagement.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with creative, brand, and influencer teams to align product launches and marketing activations with online execution.
- Foster collaboration between design, marketing, and tech partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Innovation & Growth
- Develop new online initiatives such as loyalty programs, exclusive drops, and digital campaigns.
- Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, mobile innovation, and digital engagement.
- You’re a strategic and creative thinker who loves both fashion and data.
- You thrive in fast-paced, growing environments and take ownership of your work.
- You have experience managing Shopify, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and deeply passionate about creating beautiful, high-performing digital experiences.
