Marketing Manager_Pieo | Remote | High-Growth Role_

The Role

You will own 3-4 client accounts end-to-end. Strategy, execution, client communication, results—it's all yours.

This is a hands-on role. You're not managing from a distance or passing briefs to a team. You're in the work every day—building campaigns, analysing data, talking to clients, solving problems, driving revenue.

You'll have support from our specialist team for technical elements like SEO and web development. But you're the one responsible for your clients' growth. You run the relationship, coordinate the team, and make sure results happen.

What You'll Work On

Go-to-Market Strategy

Help clients clarify positioning, sharpen value propositions, and align teams around what drives results. Build practical strategies that connect customer insight to commercial goals to execution.

Customer Acquisition

Run high-performance acquisition across Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO. Every decision tied to full-funnel performance. Move quickly, eliminate waste, turn acquisition from cost centre into growth engine.

Revenue Operations

Find the hidden revenue. Audit and improve tracking, analytics, CRO, HubSpot integrations, automations, and lead flow. The unglamorous details that quietly limit growth—but when fixed, unlock compounding gains.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  • Own your clients completely. You're their main point of contact. Daily communication, weekly calls, monthly reporting. Their success is your responsibility.
  • Do the work. This isn't a management role. You're hands-on—building campaigns, writing copy, setting up tracking, analysing funnels, optimising spend.
  • Coordinate the team. Work with our SEO specialists, developers, and leadership to get things done. You're the quarterback—you make sure everyone's aligned and moving.
  • Use AI to move faster. We'll give you AI tools. You'll be expected to use them to multiply your output, not as a nice-to-have.
  • Solve problems. Clients come to us because something isn't working. You'll diagnose issues, prioritise what matters, and fix things fast.
  • Drive revenue. Every action you take should connect to client revenue. That's how we measure success—not activity, not impressions, not vanity metrics.
  • Grow with us. We're scaling fast. If you prove yourself, you'll have opportunities to take on more clients, lead others, and shape how we work.

Who You Are

  • Hands-on executor. You've run campaigns yourself—Paid Search, Paid Social, email, CRO. You don't just know the theory, you've done the work.
  • Client-facing and confident. You can run a client call, handle pushback, deliver hard news, and keep relationships strong.
  • Data-driven. You make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel. You're comfortable in analytics platforms, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Fast and relentless. High workload doesn't scare you—it energises you. You thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • Problem solver. When something isn't working, you dig in and figure it out. You don't wait for instructions.
  • Revenue-obsessed. You understand that marketing exists to drive business results. Everything connects back to revenue.
  • Self-starter. Fully remote means no one's watching. You wake up and attack the work without being told.
  • Based in Europe. Timezone overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) and UK clients needed.
