• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 8 years overall experience
• 1 year experience being in a lead/sr role (no direct reports experience required)
• Need to have experience utilizing performance marketing analytics to help with content strategy planning
• Strong/extensive B2B marketing experience
• Content strategy development and planning experience
• Experience in digital/web environments with SEO
• Journey mapping
• Content auditing experience
• Analytics and content insight to strategies
• Experience with email campaign tools such as Marketo
• Need strong/extensive STRATEGY background
• healthcare/health insurance experience (Example of companies: Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Cigna, Humana, Anthem/Elevance Health, Centene, Molina Healthcare, CVS Health, Optum, or similar payer or provider organizations
