Job Description: Digital Media Specialist

Location: Denver, CO (or Remote)

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 Annually

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Media Specialist to lead the performance and optimization of paid digital campaigns across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on full ownership of strategy and execution — from building high-performance campaigns to collaborating with internal stakeholders and local operators to drive growth.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Search, Local Services Ads (LSAs), Bing, Yelp, Nextdoor, and other platforms. You’ll work closely with our internal marketing team (SEO, content, and attribution) and provide strategic input into budget allocation, channel mix, and emerging advertising opportunities.

📈 Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms for 30+ brands

• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, track spend vs. budget, and adjust strategy based on results and feedback

• Reporting & Communication: Deliver performance reports and gather lead quality feedback from local branches

• Budget Strategy: Advise on budget allocation based on performance and market trends

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Align with SEO and content teams

• Partner with web team to optimize landing pages

• Coordinate with growth marketing on campaign themes

• Work with RevOps to ensure closed-loop attribution

• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform changes and AI-driven advertising trends

• Channel Exploration: Test new local advertising platforms and formats to drive cost-effective lead volume

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years managing digital ad campaigns

• Experience handling campaigns across 20+ brands or business units

• Deep expertise in:

• Google Search Ads

• Local Services Ads (LSAs)

• Bing Ads

• Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, and other local platforms

• Strong keyword research and optimization skills

• Proven cross-departmental collaboration

• Understanding of AI’s impact on digital advertising

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-brand ad management tools (e.g., Fluency)

• Familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and Google Display campaigns

• Background in home services advertising (pest, turf, landscaping)
