Direct Response Creative Strategist (Meta Ads Focus)

The Opportunity

Own the creative engine behind one of the fastest-growing men's grooming brands in DTC. You will write the scripts, build the strategy, and drive the ads that scale Penrose Skin's revenue on Meta. This is a high-impact role for a direct response creative strategist who wants full ownership over ad performance and a direct line to the founders.

We are a premium direct-to-consumer grooming brand known for luxury, pheromone-infused body butters inspired by designer fragrances. From a niche disruptor, we have grown rapidly through viral digital marketing into a highly sought-after grooming essential. With a strong DTC presence and ambitious product launches ahead, this role sits at the absolute center of our next phase of aggressive revenue expansion.

What You Will Do

Own the Creative Process: Manage the full creative lifecycle from initial angle and scripting to the final high-converting asset

High-Volume Scripting: Write 15 to 20 high-converting ad scripts per week specifically tailored for Meta Platforms

Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze performance metrics on Meta to dissect, troubleshoot, and continuously iterate on winning ads

UGC & Content Management: Source, manage, and brief UGC creators to produce high-converting content across paid channels

Strategic Leadership: Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team, deciding on the next steps to scale Meta Ads

What We Are Looking For

Direct Response Expert: 3+ years of experience with performance creative for DTC brands or within a performance creative agency

Meta Ads Native: Deep understanding of Meta Platforms, modern video funnels, and what it takes to stop the scroll and drive conversions today

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in performance analytics tools to translate data into actionable creative decisions

Psychology-Driven Copywriter: Strong grasp of awareness levels, hooks, mechanisms, and benefits

Passionate & Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and are genuinely passionate about driving measurable results
