Job Description
At Patientfy, we help healthcare professionals grow through strategic content, beautiful design, and data-backed marketing. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead both organic and paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook + Instagram). You’ll turn client-submitted videos into high-performing branded content using Canva, execute ad campaigns that drive real growth, and own the entire social media process — from strategy to post-click performance.
ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design
- Receive client-submitted video clips via text, file upload, or shared drives.
- Collaborate with the design team to build reusable branded templates, while also independently creating custom social media assets in Canva that align with each client’s brand identity, tone, and style.
- Maintain a strong understanding of platform-specific design standards, including optimal dimensions, safe zones, aspect ratios, bleed margins, and resolution requirements.
- Build engaging video and static posts optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Customize or create templates for testimonials, before-and-after transformations, FAQs, educational posts, and service spotlights.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop monthly content calendars tailored to client goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and patient education.
- Write concise, platform-native captions with relevant hashtags, calls to action, and client voice.
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Scheduler, or third-party tools like Later.
Paid Social Campaigns
- Set up and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting flows.
- Test and iterate on creative assets, headlines, and hooks to improve engagement and reduce cost per result.
- Track campaign performance metrics (leads, clicks, engagement) and make budget adjustments accordingly.
Compliance & Brand Alignment
- Ensure the use of royalty-free music and properly licensed media in all content.
- Understand and adhere to ad policies related to healthcare, HIPAA compliance, and platform-specific restrictions.
- Maintain consistent use of brand voice, aesthetic, and design guidelines across all client content.
Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor weekly performance of both organic and paid content (reach, views, saves, link clicks, lead submissions, etc.).
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously refine strategy based on content performance — adjusting format, timing, messaging, or creative direction as needed.
- Establish best practices for content creation and maintain a centralized inventory of high-performing assets.
- Offer fresh creative ideas and campaign concepts that support each client’s brand goals, audience engagement, and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing social media content and paid ads (preferably agency-side or multi-brand).
- Proficiency in Canva – especially with short-form video editing.
- Hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of content trends, hooks, and storytelling on TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
- Familiarity with ad compliance and copyright-safe practices (royalty-free music, branded visuals).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with dental or healthcare content.
Base Salary
- Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% covered, plus a 401(k) plan
