About the Internship:
We are seeking a few passionate and creative Unpaid Interns to join our team remotely and contribute significantly to our online marketing and social media presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting a mission-driven organization. You will work directly on initiatives that expand our reach and engage our community of parents and families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and creating engaging content (e.g., graphics, captions, short-form video ideas, blog post snippets) for our social media channels (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Help schedule, post, and monitor content across various platforms.
- Research trends in parenting, child development, psychology, and social media marketing to inform content strategy.
- Assist in tracking basic social media analytics and identifying key insights.
- Support email marketing efforts (e.g., drafting content).
- Contribute to other online marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- A strong interest in and passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn required; others a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Well-organized and able to manage tasks independently.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with basic design tools (like Canva) is a plus.
Commitment & Duration:
- Estimated Time Commitment: Approximately ten hours per week.
- Duration: 3-4 months (Continuation if desired may be discussed)

This is an unpaid internship position. Paragon Parenting is committed to providing a valuable learning experience that meets the U.S. Department of Labor's criteria for unpaid internships.
