Social Marketing Senior Manager | 'Ôrəbella

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and seasoned Social Marketing Senior Manager to join our growing team. This role will manage, optimize and evolve 'Ôrəbella’s strategy and presence across all social ecosystems—owned, earned and paid. You will ensure every piece of content aligns with the Brand’s marketing objectives and business needs, including driving synergy between Bella + 'Ôrəbella social accounts. You will lead and execute paid Influencer programming from A-Z including product giftings, affiliate, eventing, and reporting. This is a role that combines both creative and operational aspects, requiring flexibility, and excellence under pressure. The ideal candidate excels in a start-up work environment, possesses an extensive background in all-things Social Marketing and Influencer, and is well-versed in relevant content trends happening in the beauty space and broader culture. This role will report to the Integrated Marketing Director and work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager..

RESPONSIBILITIESSOCIAL MARKETING

  • Own, optimize & evolve 'Ôrəbella’s strategy, standards & presence across owned, earned & paid social ecosystems.
  • Define and elevate the brand’s social presence by developing a cohesive strategy, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with broader brand goals through ongoing documentation and best practices.
  • Manage & grow all owned social channels, launching new platforms where appropriate.
  • Own the day-to-day management of all social platforms & community management oversight.
  • Drive sustained follower growth, elevate engagement rates, and keep the brand top of mind across all owned platforms.
  • Lead omni-channel calendar, creative direction & content creation for all owned social (existing + new channels).
  • Spot trends, develop concept ideas, write briefs, guide production, craft copy, and manage the full social content calendar to ensure cohesive omni-channel storytelling that aligns with business objectives.
  • Maintain flexibility to react and adapt within a fast-paced, celebrity-founder ecosystem.
  • Drive synergy between Bella + 'Ôrəbella social accounts, ensuring seamless integration between Bella Hadid’s personal social presence and 'Ôrəbella brand channels.
  • Foster cross platform harmony that amplifies storytelling, increases reach, and deepens authenticity, working in close conjunction with the Founder Manager to achieve this goal.
  • Track & activate against social trends & cultural virality, executing social reporting & insights by delivering weekly topline reports and monthly deep dives with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of trends and inject the brand into relevant cultural conversations in real time.

INFLUENCER + AFFILIATE

  • Enhance earned presence to grow EMV & UGC via Influencer Relationship Management, ensuring all gifted, invited, and paid talents align with brand ethos and image.
  • Ensure seamless execution of talent programming by providing strategic and logistical support across planning, briefing, content alignment and integrating storytelling into our social channels.
  • Lead paid influencer programming from A-Z, including product gifting strategy, execution & reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive, multi-tiered strategy to utilize monthly paid influencer budget that aligns with brand ethos and dual objectives of tastemaker + commerce-driving content.
  • Turn gifting moments into brand storytelling opportunities that drive UGC and awareness.
  • Own end-to-end gifting process for all product seeding: strategic ideation, partnership opportunities, box production, list creation & management, and product sendouts via MSL.
  • Support top-tier launch PR boxes via physical box concept and production.
  • Manage and maximize performance of the Skeepers platform—drive platform efficiency while ensuring UGC aligns with brand aesthetics and delivers measurable performance.
  • Own and optimize the brand’s existing ShopMy program to drive measurable revenue both immediate short term and long-term ROI through influencer affiliate sales.
  • Negotiate favorable on-going packages on ShopMy, utilizing the tools available and gifting via the platform.
  • Full influencer program management end to end, including budget oversight, payment processes, and results metrics tracking, relationship management, communications, and shipment coordination.
  • Manage budget oversight, revenue optimization via trend tracking, creator incentives and performance analysis, regularly reporting results and updates to the Integrated Marketing Director.
  • Support TikTok Shop initiatives to drive tangible sales results.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS + EVENTING SUPPORT

  • Integrate paid influencer & eventing moments into social, seamlessly including influencer and experiential content into the owned social ecosystem.
  • Develop all brand event influencer guest lists, working closely with PR Agency (where applicable), Founder Manager, and Integrated Marketing Director.
  • Share all event guest lists with Bella’s management team, Bella PR team, and Ôrəbella PR agency in advance of invite sends.
  • Manage event invitation timelines from development thru approval and send, tracking all event RSVPs and making a final face chart of attendees.
  • Liaise with all event guests as key POC: provide confirmations, uber codes, etc and manage the door at event check in.
  • Support the 'Ôrəbella team in engaging with all event guests, especially Bella - act as her liaison to each guest to facilitate a memorable experience.
  • Provide strategic and executional support across light brand activations and partner-led events, in close collaboration with the Integrated Marketing Director.
  • Assist in identifying and vetting potential brand collaborators and partnership opportunities that align with 'Ôrəbella’s values, aesthetics, and strategic growth goals.
  • Support influencer coordination, logistics, and amplification efforts for partner-driven campaigns or product collaborations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal team and external partners to execute partnership deliverables and ensure brand integrity across all touch points.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years of experience in both social marketing, influencer, and content creation across all social media platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Prior beauty experience is strongly preferred
  • Highly proficient in all social media platforms and in-app creation/editing
  • Proficient in social media content creation (both stills and videos) and editing/creation programs ie Canva, Adobe, and CapCut
  • Deep knowledge of influencer relations: sourcing, cultivating, managing, tracking results
  • Ability to manage product seeding, UGC and paid content partnerships from start to finish
  • Have adept understanding of social media and influencer management including platforms, file types and software formats
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive, fast-paced environments with discretion and calm
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and people skills
  • Passion for beauty is required
  • Deep understanding of beauty/fashion/culture industries + knowledge of beauty trends and competitive market
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with little oversight
  • Action-oriented, comfortable “rolling up sleeves”, no task is too small or large mentality
  • Able to travel as needed and be available across time zones if necessary
