Co-Founder – Marketing & Brand (Sweat Equity)

Location: Remote / UK (initial regional focus: South Wales & The South West )

Stage: Pre-Seed

Compensation: Equity only (no salary at this stage)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Marketing & Brand Co-Founder to join an early-stage PropTech venture building a modern online auction platform for property sales.

This is a sweat-equity role, suitable for someone who wants to be part of a founding team and play a critical role in shaping the business ahead of pre-seed and seed investment rounds.

Initial Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media campaigns using our existing Auctions platform
• Target landlords and property vendors in South Wales and The South West
• Test and refine messaging through A/B testing
• Generate early traction, leads, and engagement
• Analyse performance and document learnings
• Support the NexBid MVP trial launch in Spring

Longer-Term Responsibilities

• Lead brand and marketing strategy for NexBid
• Prepare growth and acquisition strategy for seed funding
• Support full platform launch planned for Summer/Autumn 2026

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, or growth
• Experience running social media campaigns end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
• Willingness to work on an equity-only basis initially
