Head of Growth
Job Description
Posted on: January 4, 2026
About Feedbird
Feedbird is a fast-growing, marketing platform serving thousands of businesses globally. We help brands scale through social media, paid ads, SEO, and content. We move fast, test aggressively, and care deeply about execution.
We’re now hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale our growth engine end-to-end.
The Role
This is not a purely managerial or advisory role.
We’re looking for a hands-on growth operator who can both design the growth strategy and implement much of it themselves when needed. You’ll own growth across paid media, funnels, tracking, and experimentation, working closely with designers, editors, and developers, but never being blocked by them.
If you’re someone who says “I could also do it myself”, this role is for you.
What You’ll OwnGrowth & Acquisition
- Own Feedbird’s overall growth strategy and execution
- Drive customer acquisition across multiple channels with a strong bias toward speed and iteration
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels
Paid Media (Core Focus)Meta Ads (Expert-level)
- Full ownership of strategy, structure, creative testing, scaling, and optimization
- Deep understanding of UGC-style ads, creative angles, hooks, and testing frameworks
Google Ads (Strong working knowledge)
- Search, retargeting, and basic display/Youtube where relevant
- You don’t need to be a Google Ads purist—but you should confidently run and optimize profitable campaigns
Funnels & Conversion
Build and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Advertorials
- Listicles
- VSL funnels
- Quiz funnels
Work closely with designers and developers, but be able to:
- Write briefs
- Define structure
- Iterate fast based on data
- Constantly improve conversion rates across the funnel
Tracking & Analytics
- Own conversion tracking end-to-end:
- Meta Pixel
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Server-side tracking (nice to have)
- Ensure clean attribution, reliable data, and actionable insights
- Translate data into clear next steps—not dashboards for the sake of dashboards
SEO & Organic Growth
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals:
- Content strategy
- Keyword research
- On-page optimization
- Programmatic or scaled content strategies (a plus)
- Ability to collaborate with content teams while keeping SEO aligned with growth goals
Cold Outreach
- Experience with cold email systems:
- Lead sourcing
- Campaign structure
- Copy testing
- Deliverability basics
- Use cold email as a growth lever, not spam
What We’re Looking For
You’re likely a fit if you:
- Have 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition roles
- Are extremely strong in Meta Ads media buying
- Can confidently operate across multiple channels (paid, SEO, cold email, landing pages)
- Are comfortable being both strategic and tactical
- Move fast, test aggressively, and don’t overcomplicate
- Think in funnels, not just channels
- Care about revenue, CAC, LTV, and scale, not vanity metrics
- Can lead and work independently without needing heavy direction
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience scaling a productized service, SaaS, or subscription business
- Experience with high-volume creative testing
- Familiarity with server-side tracking or advanced attribution setups
- Previous “first growth hire” or early growth leadership experience
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a “delegate everything” role
- Not a purely strategic or reporting-heavy role
- Not a slow-moving corporate position
This is a builder role.
Why Join Feedbird
- High ownership and autonomy
- Fast-moving environment with real scale
- Strong execution team (design, dev, video) already in place
- Opportunity to shape and own growth at a serious level
