Position Summary The Campaign Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue impact across key audiences and target accounts. This role works closely with Campaigns, Digital, Marketing Operations, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to help execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, nurture programs, outbound motions, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives. Success in this role means campaigns launch smoothly, campaign tasks are executed accurately and on time, audiences are properly targeted, and the broader campaigns team has strong executional support across active programs. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Support
- Support integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include email, paid media, nurture programs, sales outreach, webinars, and content promotion.
- Assist with campaign setup, audience segmentation, list management, launch preparation, and execution tasks across marketing platforms and systems.
- Build, execute, and QA campaign emails, nurture sends, audience lists, and outbound campaign elements within marketing platforms.
- Support campaign launch QA to ensure assets, links, forms, tracking, and campaign elements are functioning properly.
Audience & Account Engagement Support
- Support account-based and targeted marketing initiatives focused on strategic audiences and high-value accounts.
- Assist with audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and engagement tracking efforts.
- Support sales follow-up motions and campaign-related outreach activities.
- Monitor account and campaign engagement activity to help identify trends, follow-up opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Campaign Performance and Optimization Support
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including engagement, conversions, and pipeline influence.
- Support campaign tracking setup, campaign tagging consistency, and campaign data accuracy across marketing platforms.
- Assist with campaign reporting, campaign recaps, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing efforts across messaging, offers, channels, and audience segments.
- Help identify campaign optimization opportunities based on performance trends and engagement data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing, SDRs, Marketing Operations, and Field Marketing teams to support campaign execution activities.
- Help support the execution of campaign-related tasks across marketing systems and platforms.
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution tasks, updates, and support needs.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM roles within B2B SaaS environments preferred.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executional priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage campaign execution tasks in fast-moving environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance trends and support optimization efforts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute across a variety of campaign initiatives.
- Experience supporting pipeline generation and revenue-focused marketing initiatives preferred.
$75,000 - $87,500 a year Bonus: 6% At Onit, we’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
