The Opportunity
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to become a strategic partner in our journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to contribute to significant business growth. As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to earn a percentage share of the company based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads across various channels.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Design and refine sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Collaborative Growth Planning: Work closely with the founders to identify growth opportunities and execute plans to capitalize on them.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor lead generation efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community to understand their needs and tailor offerings that drive engagement and sales.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and making strategic decisions.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in lead generation and growth roles, preferably within startups or fast-paced environments.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while managing the details of execution.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
