One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Growth in the United States. As Director of Growth, you will be the driving force behind the acquisition of new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from outreach to close. This is a strategic and high-impact role focused on identifying and winning mid-market to enterprise accounts by delivering innovative digital marketing solutions. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and executive teams to shape growth strategies, create compelling pitches, and build strong client relationships. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business development by managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals
  • Cultivate and expand a strong pipeline by leveraging networks and sourcing new leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create tailored, data-driven marketing solutions for prospects
  • Lead the pitch process, including strategy, content creation, and delivery alignment
  • Engage directly with executive-level stakeholders to present customized strategies
  • Influence internal teams and align efforts with strategic growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand brand visibility
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets and company growth objectives

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS, or B2B environment
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and their application to business growth
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex deals with C-suite and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales cycles
  • Skilled in strategic planning, problem solving, and opportunity identification
  • Confident leading cross-functional pitch teams and driving alignment across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience with MEDDIC or Command of the Message frameworks is a plus
