Client Services - Part Time - Banking - £30K+

Our client is a fast-growing financial services company, offering innovative lending, banking and investment products.

With fully remote working (central London office but a remote-first company), they’re looking for a Client Services Executive to join them.

This is a part time role, hours per week TBC, paying a salary of ~£30K - £40K pro rata.

You’ll be the first line for customer liaison, responding to queries, ISA transfers and investment admin, setting up bank accounts, KYC and compliance and AML tasks.

You’ll need great communication skills and a cheerful, outgoing personality(!) along with FS experience such as ISAs, Know Your Customer, AML procedures and a good, general, knowledge of accounts, transfers and payments.
