9 years of work, effort, sweat, and grind. But what does that really mean?

It means 8 years of pushing ourselves closer to one goal – to become A-players on the market.

We entered the German market and recently hosted OKTAGON 62 in Frankfurt with 59,000 spectators. We signed partnerships with RTL, Tipsport and many others. Our expansion is massive. We’re followed by over a million fans on social media, and our content is broadcast to more than 100 countries worldwide.

We’ve gone global. And now we’re looking for more A-players who want to be part of something big.

And you can be one of them.

Tasks

We’re looking for a Head of Social Media

Someone who will take on this challenge and help us push OKTAGON even further — towards our ultimate mission:

To become number one, not only in the Czech Republic, but globally.

What would your role look like?

• Leading an eight-member team of creators and social media specialists
• Overseeing the quality and relevance of the team’s output, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with our strategy
• Active participation in shoots, cooperation with fighters, organizing shoots and overseeing content
• Communication with Tipsport and other partners regarding fight schedules
• Maintaining communication between the organization and social media — fighters, managers and clubs
• Being present at our events

You won’t be alone. You’ll work closely with:

• Kateřina Opara – Head of Digital
• Hynek Zbořil – CMO
• Our marketing team
• Video production and graphic teams
• And many others

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

• Has experience leading a team and understands what leadership really means
• Isn’t just a manager, but an active part of the team
• Has strong experience in content creation, social media and performance tracking
• Can communicate in English (we work with international colleagues)
• Isn’t afraid of reporting and responsibility

But honestly – forget the bullet points for a moment.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a product followed by hundreds of thousands of people. Someone who understands that this comes with responsibility, processes, pressure and sometimes sleepless nights.

And that’s exactly why we’ll be choosing very carefully.
