Role Description The CRM Administrator / HubSpot Administrator will manage and optimize the organization’s CRM environment on a part-time basis in a remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining HubSpot (and related CRM tools), managing user permissions, creating and updating workflows, lists, and properties, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role involves monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into CRM configurations. The administrator will support reporting and dashboard creation, assist with integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, and document processes and best practices to promote consistent system usage. This position also contributes to user training and support to help team members effectively leverage CRM capabilities. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com administration or comparable CRM administration experience, including HubSpot configuration and management.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear user support and documentation.
- Candidates should possess system administration skills, including user management, permissions, and configuration of workflows and integrations.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues, data inconsistencies, and integration errors.
- Experience with marketing automation, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security best practices, and compliance standards is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time workload effectively, and adapt to evolving technical and business needs.
