Become the broker who knows fintech, marketing and startup-building from the inside.

This isn’t another mortgage role. It’s your chance to step out of the day-to-day of writing mortgages and into the rooms where marketing campaigns get built, fintech products get shaped, and a movement gets launched , while still working in the world you know best.

The mission

nume is building a movement around one of the most important financial questions homeowners face: how can better pay down more mortgage using investments? You’ll be the bridge between nume and the broker community. Your job is to teach brokers the overpay-vs-invest framework, build a community around it, and grow a referral network that sends clients our way.

This is a movement-building role for someone who already has relationships in the broker world and genuinely believes better financial education changes lives.

What you’ll do and what you’ll walk away with

•    Build a community of mortgage brokers who champion the overpay-vs-invest conversation with their clients.

→ You’ll learn how to grow a network from scratch, design programmes that drive engagement, and lead a community as its visible voice.

•    Run education, webinars, workshops, content series teaching brokers to have this conversation confidently.

→ You’ll get experience designing and delivering content the way fintech marketers do, with real audiences and real performance data.

•    Create content (LinkedIn, newsletters, short video) that establishes you as the go-to voice for this movement.

→ You’ll work alongside our marketing team and walk away with a personal brand that compounds for the rest of your career.

•    Develop broker partnerships that generate referrals to Nume.

→ You’ll learn the partnership and BD playbook used by some of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK.

•    Represent Nume at broker events, masterminds and industry groups.

→ You’ll get on stages, meet founders and operators across fintech, and build a network well beyond mortgages.

•    Track and report on broker engagement, partner activity and referral pipeline.

→ You’ll get hands-on with the data tools, dashboards and growth metrics that drive modern startups.

Who you are

•    You’re a qualified mortgage broker (CeMAP or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience and an existing network where people pick up when you call.

•    You have personality — the kind that comes through on camera, on stage and in a room of strangers.

•    You’re confident expressing a point of view, comfortable being the visible one, and not afraid to take up space.

•    You believe in financial education, not just financial products.

•    You’re curious about the world beyond mortgages — fintech, marketing, startups, community-building — and ready to learn fast.

•    You like working independently with a small, ambitious team that moves quickly.

•    You want real upside, not just a salary.
