Job Summary: We are recruiting a Junior Social Media and Content Manager. The role will focus on growing our online presence and increasing brand engagement. The ideal candidate will support our Marketing manager in developing the content strategy.
Day-to-day role includes:
- Managing calendars
- Creating multimedia content
- Monitoring social metrics
- Driving audience growth across key social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement and execute social media strategies in alignment with brand strategy.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, edit, and publish content, original text, images and video. that builds meaningful connections. and supports seasonal campaigns and wider marketing strategy.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
- Partner Relationships: Support retail partners by leveraging content supporting their sales efforts across platforms.
- Ambassador Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics. (Follower count, ROI, traffic, engagement) and share with the marketing/leadership team.
- IRL: Cover pop-ups, parties, Fashion Week/shows, and photoshoots to generate content.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Research our competitors, industry trends and local communities. Use this to inform our wider strategy and support our Marketing Lead.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Platforms: Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Tools: Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Shopify and analytics in these platforms.
- Creativity: Graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage. Willingness to learn is also an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Understanding international markets: Tailor content to markets both inside and outside the UK.
- Multi-lingual: German, Swedish, or any other languages spoken are an advantage.
- Interest in Fashion: Preferred.
