About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to take the lead on building, running, and scaling campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and more. What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other platforms
• Build content calendars and make sure creative aligns with brand goals
• Optimise campaigns in real time, managing budgets and reporting on results
• Lead influencer and creator campaigns to boost engagement and authenticity
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, driving conversations and recommendations
• Support and mentor junior team members to keep delivery sharp and effective

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years’ experience in paid social, ideally in an agency setting
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other major platforms
• Confident managing clients and comfortable presenting strategy and results
• Knowledge of content trends, influencer marketing, and campaign optimisation
• Organised and ambitious, thrives in a fast-moving environment with multiple projects
• Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a creative streak
