The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our growth and brand presence in the men's health sector. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll own our marketing function end-to-end, building campaigns that resonate with male audiences and convert awareness into action.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention while establishing our platform as the trusted leader in men's health and longevity.

What You'll DoDigital Marketing & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimise campaigns for performance
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Track campaign metrics, analyse performance data, and provide regular reports
  • Test new channels and tactics to drive user acquisition and platform growth

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Create engaging content for blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Manage daily social media presence across platforms
  • Develop content calendars aligned with product launches and health awareness events
  • Write copy that resonates with male audiences and destigmatises health conversations
  • Respond to comments and messages to build community engagement

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build and manage email campaigns including newsletters, product updates, and promotional content
  • Create automated email sequences for onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for different user groups
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for open rates and conversions

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility
  • Optimise website content, landing pages, and product pages for conversion
  • Conduct keyword research relevant to men's health topics
  • Work on improving site conversion rates and user experience

Analytics, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Track marketing performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Create reports on campaign performance, user acquisition, and engagement metrics
  • Analyse data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
  • Coordinate with the CEO and Operations Director on marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, social scheduling)

What We're Looking ForEssential Experience

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing, DTC, or health/wellness sectors
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools

Skills & Abilities

  • Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and best practices
  • Good copywriting and communication skills
  • Basic analytics skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media schedulers)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Creative problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset
