What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a Senior Product & Growth Marketing Lead to own the company’s marketing strategy end-to-end.

This is a high-autonomy, fast-paced leadership role for a self-directed operator who can set direction, make decisions, and execute without heavy oversight. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, while independently driving clarity and momentum across marketing, product, and growth.

You will be accountable for measurable outcomes across pipeline growth, activation, and revenue, with clear reporting to the CEO.

The role sits at the intersection of product, demand generation, and revenue, acting as the primary marketing interface with product, engineering, and sales.

What you’ll do

  • Drive qualified demand and brand credibility in the Australian market
  • Attract and engage wholesale and sophisticated investors via paid, lifecycle, content, PR, partnerships, and events
  • Own positioning, messaging, and go to market strategy across the platform and key deal launches
  • Build sales enablement that improves conversion and speed to close landing pages, pitch narrative, case studies, email sequences, battlecards
  • Ensure marketing directly supports pipeline growth, activation, and revenue outcomes
  • Lead product led growth initiatives with product and engineering onboarding, activation, retention, referral loops, experimentation cadence
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting tied to revenue outcomes funnel conversion, CAC, payback, cohort retention where relevant
  • Build, manage, and develop the marketing team and external partners
  • Operate with full ownership and accountability, setting priorities and pace for the function

Who you are

  • 8–12+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or commercial marketing roles
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy and managing teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Highly self-directed; able to operate with full autonomy and ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex products into simple, high trust narratives
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, comfortable owning metrics and forecasts
  • Strong experience working closely with product, engineering, and sales
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or marketplace businesses preferred
