We’re on the hunt for a clever, creative Social Media Strategist to join our team and help cook up delicious, data-driven content strategies that actually work (no icky, cookie-cutter vibes here).

This remote role is perfect for someone who knows their way around a content calendar, understands audience psychology, and can take a brand’s goals and turn them into scroll-stopping, save-worthy, _“holy sh_t this is so me” content.

You’ll be responsible for:

– Developing 30/60/90 day social strategies tailored to client goals

– Creating content ideas that align with each brand’s vibe + audience

– Profiling target audiences and identifying key content pillars

– Recommending best practices for bio optimisation, highlights, pinned posts etc.

– Keeping up with trends

– Collaborating with our creative team to bring the strategy to life

You are:

– A strategist at heart, but with a creative soul

– Experienced in social media marketing

– Obsessed with clarity, storytelling and conversion

– Comfortable with client-facing communication (but we’ll never throw you in the deep end)

– Fun, adaptable, and love a good brainstorm

This role is fully remote, super flexible, and ideal for someone looking to work with a team that actually gets it. We’re here to do meaningful, creative work, and have a damn good time while we’re at it.

Goal: Increase brand awareness and drive website traffic to their new winter tasting experience

Deliverable: Create a 1-week social media plan (include post types, basic ideas/captions + CTA suggestions). No graphics or videos required; this is more so to see how you write and interpret a brand.
